About Tequesta Country Club

The golf course was designed by the late, Dick Wilson, a noted golf course architect, and was officially opened on December 12, 1957. The club also has 2 Har-Tru clay tennis courts. In 1963, the members took the Club over from Martyn’s Development Company, making it fully private. The Club has remained a social center of the Village of Tequesta and in the lives of its many members.

In the Summer of 2009 the club undertook a major renovation; to the clubhouse to include all new tables, chairs, carpeting, reupholstering/refinishing, drapery and window treatments to establish a warm and inviting atomsphere for dining and social events. The creation an additional outside dining/bar venue for the attraction of new members and promote member camaraderie.
